For the past 35 years, Karate West has served the Pacific Northwest providing exceptional karate instruction for youth and adults. In 1989, Karate West co-founders, Randy Holeman and Jan Stockton, recognized the community’s need for a family-oriented martial arts school that focused on important life skills such as respect, courage, discipline, focus, responsibility, and compassion. These skills, among others, comprise the heart of Karate West’s martial arts program.

The team of talented instructors create a positive, motivational martial arts and fitness environment for students ages 4 to adult. Classes are goal-oriented, energetic, and fun! With the central mission of improving lives and creating a better community, Karate West has grown to become one of the most well-respected martial arts programs in the nation.
